About the Facilitator:

Rev. Zen Benefiel holds Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Management and is an author, coach, consultant and facilitator with a passion for education and facilitating partnerships. He founded Be The Dream, a sole-proprietorship consulting company, in 1988 as a vehicle to promote holistic understanding in business and personal achievement.

Zen specializes in coaching, partnering and strategic planning. Zen has also taught business plan development classes part time at the college level for ten years. He was a production control coordinator in the aerospace industry for five years, responsible for $7 million in monthly shipments, a high school teacher for five years, often in charge of an entire curriculum; and special event manager for ten years with ranges of 5,000 to 250,000 patrons per event.

has transformed along with its founder to become a leader in establishing a new living awareness among seekers of harmony, truth and planetary stewardship through conscious coaching constructs. An international presenter on holistic project planning, he has co-created a vision for a holistic model community serving at-risk youth, called Spectrum Academy.
